Recall Center

All 2019, 2020 and 2021 Cadillacs come equipped with Cadillac Premium Care. Services include:

  • Oil and Filter Change
  • Tire Rotation
  • Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (MPVI)

Warranty Coverage – a 4-Year/50,000-Mile Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty and 6-Year/70,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty.

Additional Protection – 6-Year/70,000-Mile Roadside Assistance and 6-Year/70,000-Mile Courtesy Transportation.

Also, enjoy 2 years of OnStar Safety & Security Plan coverage and a limited Cadillac Connected Services trial, plus 3 months or 3GB of 4G LTE data (whichever comes first).

All 2017 and 2018 Cadillac vehicles (excluding 2017 XT5) include select maintenance services for 3 years or 36,000 miles. Services include:

  • Oil changes based on your vehicle's Oil Life Monitoring System
  • Engine Air Cleaner Filter replacement (ATS-V only)
  • Passenger Compartment Air Filter replacement
  • Tire rotation every 7,500 miles
  • Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (MPVI)

Eligible model-year 2018 vehicles will receive 1 year of OnStar Safety & Security Plan coverage and a limited Cadillac Connected Services trial, plus 3 months or 3GB of 4G LTE data (whichever comes first).

Properly equipped model year 2015 and newer vehicles will receive 1 month of OnStar Safety & Security coverage, 1-month trial of Cadillac Connected Services, and 1 month or 3GB of 4G LTE data (whichever comes first).

2017 XT5 and 2011-2016 Cadillac vehicles cover select maintenance services for 4 years or 50,000 miles. Services include:

  • Oil changes based on your vehicle's Cadillac Oil Life Monitor System
  • Engine Air Cleaner Filter replacement (ATS-V only)
  • Passenger Compartment Air Filter replacement
  • Tire rotation every 7,500 miles
  • Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (MPVI)
